Option 1

A new abutment (a connecting structure between the implant and the crown) and denture are placed on the remaining lower part of the implant. A temporary denture is placed on the new abutment on the same day. Thereby the lifespan of the implant is extended without serious surgical intervention and with minimal costs.

In order to remove the exposed part of the implant, first the crown and the abutment are removed

Afterwards the upper module is also removed. The remaining lower unit is already well integrated

with the bone and is a full-fledged functional implant by itself

Then a new abutment and crown are placed on the remaining lower unit which is already well integrated with the bone.
